Evergreen, Susan Jacks...

  

 

시간의 흐름 속에서 변하지 않는 것이 있으랴?

 

만고불변할 것 같이 요지부동하던 대자연의 바위돌도 변하는 마당에

우리네 좁디좁은 마음쯤이야 수시로 변하는 게 당연지사.

가소롭게도 우리사랑 변치 말자며 손가락 걸며 약속하던 굳센 사랑도

어느 순간 허망하게 무너지고 마는 게 자연의 법칙이지.

 

사랑, 우정, 믿음, 신앙... 어느 것 하나 장담할 수 없음에도 불구하고

영원한 사랑을 노래하는 어리석은(?)이들은 늘 있게 마련이야.

마치 상록수처럼 늘 푸르른 사랑을 지켜가자고 말이지...

하기야 당할 때 당하더라도 일단 신뢰가 있으면 세상 사는 재미가 쏠쏠한 법이긴 하지.

 

그런 의미에서 오늘은 Susan Jacks의 Evergreen을 들어보기로 하세.

요안이 좋아하는 노래 잘하기로 소문난 Barbra Streisand의  동명이곡 Evergreen은
