조마가 탄생 월이기도 한 4월엔 봄의 전령사인 개나리, 진달래, 목련, 벚꽃 등

이번엔 콘웨이트위티가 여가수 'Loretta Lynn'(1935~)과 함께 불러

1974년 컨트리 차트1위까지 기록했던 아주 재미있는 노래가 있어 소개합니다.

 

역시 얼마 전에 본 블로그(http://blog.daum.net/joma80/16519488)에서 소개했었던

<전화통신>이란 곡의 미국 판이 아닌가 하는 생각이 들긴 하지만 내용이 좀 다르네요.

한국판 <전화통신>이 남녀 간에 밀고 당기는 사랑놀이라고 한다면,

미국 판 <As Soon As I Hang Up The Phone>은 남자가 여자에게 이별을 고하는 내용이네요.

 

아무튼, 요즘엔 대중화된 디지털 휴대전화로 못하는 게 없는 세상이 되었습니다만

예전 전화가 귀하던 시절에도 연애하는 이들에겐 절대적으로 필요했던 물건이었나 봅니다...
